Common questions

How do I invite someone to help with a goal?

Open the Help tab, create a request for the goal you want help with, and enter the person's username. They'll get a request to accept. You decide whether each helper can view only, or edit too — and you can revoke access any time.

Can a coach use HelpDo with clients?

Yes. Have each client invite you to the goal they're working on. You'll see their day-by-day progress, streaks, and notes, and can message them in the app. Premium gives coaches unlimited clients.

How does AI Advice work and is it private?

Nothing is sent to AI automatically. AI advice runs only when you tap “Generate advice” on a specific goal, and only that goal's information is shared for that one request — using your own Anthropic/OpenAI key or Premium's built-in AI.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel renewal in your store account's subscription settings. See our Terms for details.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Go to Profile → Settings and toggle Notifications. You can also turn off “Receive help requests” or block specific users there.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete individual goals, notes, and messages any time in the app. To delete your whole account, see Delete Account.
