Delete Your Account
You're always in control of your data.
You can permanently delete your HelpDo account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.
Option 1 — Request deletion by email
Email support@helpdo.com from the email address on your accountwith the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account, normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
Option 2 — Remove your data in the app
At any time you can delete individual items directly in HelpDo — goals, daily notes, messages, activities, and day-planner entries. Removing a goal also removes its to-dos and notes.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (email, username, city, country, bio, avatar).
- Your goals, to-dos, daily notes, metrics, activities, day-planner entries, and top-todos.
- Your help relationships and the messages tied to them.
- Your stored push-notification token and saved preferences.
- Any AI-advice usage records associated with your account.
AI API keys you added are stored only on your own device, so uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes them.
A few things to know
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider exporting or noting anything you want to keep first.
- Premium subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription — please cancel it in your store account settings to stop future billing.
- We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example, transaction records), but these are not used to identify you in the app.
